Returns

At TCS Clothing Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as TCS Clothing Co cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent incorrectly.
